TVB: Cheong Shin Keong resigns as executive director

(Infocast News) Television Broadcasts (00511) announced the appointments of Felix Fong Wo and Belinda Wong Ching Ying as independent mon-executive directors of the board, both with effect from 3 December.

The company also announced the resignation of Raymond Or Ching Fai, as independent non-executive director, and the retirement and the resignation of Cheong Shin Keong, as executive director of the board, both with effect from 1 January 2020.
